Like many of you, I deal with a myriad of IT issues on a daily basis. From the executive who wants his iPad to work with every corporate LOB application to the front-line worker who needs a new keyboard, there is little that I haven't experienced firsthand. In this blog, I hope to highlight some of my experiences firsthand as they happen in the hopes that if the same should happen to you, you'll know how to deal with it and be able to look like an IT superhero.
