Sun's first customer for JavaStation? Sun!

Sun announced today that they made their first large-scale sale for the JavaStation: themselves. No, I'm not making this up: Sun will install 3,000 JavaStations throughout their own company.

Using one's own product is known in the industry as "eating your own dog food," and it's generally a good idea to do so. Announcing a rollout like this to the press, however, and making it sound like a sale is known in the industry as "lame."

Sorry, but Sun gets the dubious achievement of the week award for this one
