Thanks to Don Adams for the tip: It appears that Microsoft has reposted its Service Pack 1 for Exchange Server 5.5. The Service Pack was originally posted in mid-July, but the company removed it from its Web and FTP sites when it discovered an unnamed problem. Anyway, Microsoft hasn't provided a link from its Web site yet, but you can get it from the Microsoft FTP site.
International users should check for a language-specific version: It looks like there are numerous versions available
