Q. Is RemoteFX supported on Nano Server?
A. No. RemoteFX is part of the Remote Desktop Virtualization Host role which is only available for Server Core and Server with Desktop Experience.
Note that Discrete Device Assignment (DDA) is supported on Nano Server which would allow a GPU to be passed into a VM however it cannot be shared between VMs.
