Improves Commenting, File Locking

The new version of this free competitor to Microsoft Office, now available, has substantial improvements. provides most of the capabilities of the Microsoft Office suite at a much lower price—free. As Windows IT Pro noted in December, OpenOffice is an effective alternative to Office for many users.
