Microsoft Corporation on Thursday released its Word 98 Special Edition, a new version of its word processing software specially designed for Macintosh iMac and iBook users. Word 98 Special Edition, which retails for only $100, includes the complete version of Word 98, thousands of new clip-art images, 100 new greeting card templates, Internet Explorer 4.5, and Outlook Express 4.5.
