Microsoft has released two new Service Packs for Windows NT 4.0, Terminal Server Service Pack 5 and Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6.0a. Service Packs for the Terminal Server Edition tend to remain at least one major revision behind for some reason, though SP5 is not required for Year 2000 compliance. SP5 for Terminal Server is roughly identical to the SP5 release for Windows NT 4.0 that was released earlier this year.
As for SP6a for Windows NT 4.0, Microsoft upgraded the Service Pack because of a major Winsock problem that was addressed in a hot-fix last week. The problem is apparently severe enough that Microsoft decided to re-release the Service Pack with the fix included.
Both Service Pack releases are available from the Microsoft FTP site
