Microsoft to release Y2K update for Windows 95

If you're a Windows 95 user feeling left out because of all the Y2K fixes in Windows 98, fear not: Microsoft hasn't forgotten you. The company says that it will release a tool called the "Y2K Update for Windows 95" that will bring the world's most popular operating system of all time up to speed with the new millennium. Don Jones, a Microsoft product manager says that none of the fixes are serious but will rather fix small date glitches.

In the meantime, you can look at the work Microsoft is doing on Y2K on their Year 2000 Resource Center
