Microsoft patches

Thanks to Howard Sobel for the tip: Microsoft Corporation has patched the Outlook-based email virus that affected thousands of email users on the Internet--including a large portion of Microsoft's own email system--last week. The virus, known as "Worm.Explore.Zip," is distributed as an attachment that, when executed, deletes all of the Word documents on the user's system.

Microsoft has released patches for Outlook 97, 98, and 2000. Please see the Microsoft Web site for details
