Microsoft christens Exchange Web Client

Microsoft has finally named the client component of Exchange 5.0 that allows users to check their mail from a Web Browser. It will be called "Web Client." And to think I was hoping for something more Microsoftian like E-mail Explorer or Visual WebDev. :)

Web Client is a set of Active Server Pages (ASP) that lets users read and respond to E-mail and participate in newsgroup discussions. The server portion requires Microsoft Windows NT Sever and IIS. Exchange 5.0 will ship this quarter
