IE 4 security patch available

Thanks to Richard Hay for tipping me off to a new security patch for Internet Explorer 4.0. Microsoft has posted a fix to protect Internet Explorer users against a potential problem known as the "Embed" issue where a malicious Web page could cause Internet Explorer 4.0 to crash through an defect in its handling of the "EMBED" HTML tag. It's difficult, but possible, Microsoft says, for such a page to then run code in memory on that machine.
