Disgruntled Windows 95 user denied class-action suit against Microsoft

A Washington State Superior Court Judge ruled yesterday that a disgruntled Windows 95 user would be unable to pursue a class-action lawsuit against Microsoft. The user, Anthony Lefco, said that he eventually had to replace his computer, despite Microsoft's claims that Windows 95 was easy to install and use. Microsoft argued that Windows 95 has been widely accepted by the computer-using public, with over 50 million users, and that Lefco's problems were unique
