Quick Tip: How To Manage Web Notifications in Microsoft Edge

Although Microsoft Edge has been playing catchup in adding many of the features we are used to seeing in other browsers it is steadily getting there.

I suspect one of the under utilized features might be the web notifications that can be pushed from Microsoft Edge to your Action Center in Windows 10.

Part of that reason is that not all websites, Twitter for instance, recognizes Microsoft Edge as capable of handling web notifications from their service. I am sure there are others out there as well but until Microsoft Edge gains more traction that is an unfortunate side effect.

However, if you are running Windows 10 and use any services that support Microsoft Edge and web notifications then you will want to be able to manage them and this gallery walk through will show you how to do just that.

As you can see above Gmail supports web notifications in Microsoft Edge plus the web based Skype site also supports them. Outside of those two I have not come across others so would love to hear from you all on what sites you have discovered that support web notifications in Microsoft Edge.

Leave us the sites name in the comments below - thanks!
