- Ask questions and analyze them
- Develop Wireframes (what to include, tools to create them, etc)
- Develop High Fidelity Mockups (what to include, tools to create them, etc)
- Develop your User Experience Artifact Plan (how many master pages, what CSS, page layout customizations, JavaScript, custom app parts and deployment methods)
