Q. How can I open a file type with an application that's virtualized by Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V)?

A. To open an application with a virtualized application, select the Microsoft Application Virtualization Client Tray option. This will open the virtualized application associated with the file type. If you have multiple virtualized applications associated with the same file type, a dialog will be displayed giving you the option of which virtualized application to use.
