In an extremely close race, Aelita Software's Aelita Enterprise Directory Manager (EDM) narrowly defeated SystemTools.com's Hyena to win the award for Best User and Directory Management Tool. EDM provides a secure "Rules & Roles" management platform that facilitates account and resource provisioning for Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange Server.
