How do I enable and disable the new Windows XP UI?

A. XP includes a new task-based UI that might take some getting used to but will no doubt prove popular with new users. XP Home and XP Professional enable the new UI by default, but the .NET Server family will retain the classic Windows UI. To switch between the UIs, perform the following steps:

1. Right-click the Start button, and select Properties.
2. Select either Start Menu for the new interface or Classic Start Menu for the standard Windows interface.
3. Click OK.
