  1. Start a registry editor (e.g., regedit.exe).

  3. Delete the Bags and BagMRU subkeys.
  4. Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam registry subkey.
  5. Delete the Bags and BagMRU subkeys.
  6. Close the registry editor, then reboot the machine for the changes to take effect.
