Q: Why do I receive a permissions error on my System Center Service Manager connector that says the workflow account doesn't have sufficient permissions?

A: The common cause of this permission error on the System Center Service Manager connector is that the workflow account isn't a System Center Service Manager administrator. In the Administration workspace, select Security, User Roles, and open the Administrators user role.

Make sure the Service Manager Workflow account is listed under Users. If it isn't, then add it. (See the screen shot below.)
