Q. I didn't back up the System Center Service Manager (SCSM) encryption key during my installation and now I want to perform the backup. How do I do it?

A. On your SCSM media, you'll find a Tools\SecureStorageBackup folder. In this folder is a SecureStorageBackup.exe image that, when executed, allows you to back up and restore your encryption key for SCSM.
