Q. How can I tell if I have System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 installed on a server?

A. Open the Service Manager console. Under Help, select About. A version of 7.0.5826.x is the original RTM of service manager and version 7.0.6555.x is SP1. Also, the About window shows that you're running SP1.
