New Book Released for Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012

There have been a few books released that include coverage for Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) 2012, but only with a recent release has there been a book dedicated to it.

There have been a few books released that include coverage for Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) 2012, but only with a recent release has there been a book dedicated to it. A Microsoft MVP, Alessandro Cardoso, has just finished a 342 page "cookbook" that provides "recipes" to allow VMM admins to dig in and start utilizing the provided tasks right away.

The new book falls under the "Cookbook" imprint from Packt Publishing. If you're not familiar, there has been a series of System Center-related cookbooks released recently. Packt is steadily becoming a monster in the System Center publishing space, accumulating far better reviews and content than many of the recognizable publisher imprints.

I've just ordered the book myself, and hope to have a solid review posted up soon. But, if this Packt release holds true to past releases, the book should be great. If you happen to write something up before I do, feel free to pass it along. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

You can get it Amazon.com in both print and Kindle versions.
