Replication Website

It wasn’t until Hilary Cotter wrote his excellent book on replication that there were really any good resources dedicated to SQL Server replication.  (Find Hilary's book at http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0974973602/qid=1123791623/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/104-9274062-4405530?v=glance&s=books&n=507846.)

Now there’s also a website dedicated to replication at http://www.replicationanswers.com/.  There are useful links, scripts, articles, downloads and more.  If you’re using SQL Server transactional or merge replication in your organization, you owe it to yourself to check out this site.

And while we’re on the topic of replication, I’m curious about the state of the industry.  How many of you are heavy users of replication?  Does your business rely on it or is it a ‘nice to have’ feature?  Does it work well for you out of the box?  Or have you had to craft special work-arounds and scripts to get all of the capabilities you need?

Let me know what you think!
