Read Custom ADO Fields Without Error

I often add custom fields to WSS Items without altering the schema for the item. If you do this as well, you might like this function. The problem with using undefined custom fields is that if you try to read the value of the field before it is appended, an error will occur. This function will get around this error. -RW
