Keylogix Announces ActiveDocs Enterprise

ActiveDocs Enterprise is built on the Microsoft .NET Framework. Web services and the XML-based technologies in both Microsoft Office System and ActiveDocs present integration options to third-party developers.
ActiveDocs Enterprise is easily extensible using ActiveDocs Solutions Studio, a toolkit that enables integration into third-party applications. Also, ActiveDocs can be integrated into Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, with endless opportunities to develop custom Web parts. Customization services include creating ActiveDocs Data Views, business process re-engineering, and custom integration development with line-of-business applications such as Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains, Microsoft BizTalk Server, Siebel Systems, etc. Additional applications like dictation software also can be integrated into the software.
ActiveDocs Solutions Studio automation components expose ActiveDocs functionality to third-party applications to fulfill a variety of business-critical document creation needs, from interactive, ad hoc documents to high-speed, high-volume document production. To do this, ActiveDocs Solutions Studio uses many industry standards, including SOAP on the server side components and COM on the client side. ActiveDocs Enterprise can be automated using Web services and so can be used by applications running on Microsoft Windows or non-Windows operating systems.
ActiveDocs Enterprise uses the Microsoft Office System technologies such as Extensible Markup Language (XML) support in Microsoft Office Word 2003 and the new Research and Smart Documents Task Panes, enabling businesses to integrate their document creation requirements into other core management information systems. ActiveDocs Enterprise's interactive, automated functionality can be delivered through XML Web services.
