ComponentOne Releases Studio Enterprise 2007 v1.5

ComponentOne today announced Studio Enterprise 2007 v1.5, complete with ComponentOne Ribbon for .NET. Studio Enterprise 2007 v1.5 now gives developers Microsoft Office 2007 Ribbon-style controls.

ComponentOne s Ribbon for .NET delivers Office 2007 Ribbon and Status Bar functionality to .NET Windows Forms applications by introducing two new components: C1Ribbon and C1StatusBar. Ribbon for .NET enriches ComponentOne s Studio Enterprise user interface control offering and enables developers to build Windows Forms applications in the Office 2007 style, including the Blue, Black, and Silver themes. Ribbon for .NET includes features and elements of the Office 2007-style ribbon, including the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT), QAT docking, Gallaries, Resizing Support, Tooltip Support, and more.

ComponentOne continues to accelerate the design-time experience in this release with SmartDesigners for Ribbon for .NET. Developers can build a ribbon, add ribbon elements (like tabs and groups), load ribbon templates, and apply ribbon styles at design time without writing any code.

Studio Enterprise 2007 v1.5 accelerates visual development with drag and drop tools that simplify the design-time experience and extend the power of Visual Studio 2005. Studio Enterprise offers more than 200 components for .NET, ASP.NET, Mobile, and ActiveX, and includes a subscription that provides customers with new releases, updates, upgrades, and online support for one year.
