Originally released in November of 2012, the System Center Management Pack for SharePoint Foundation 2013 allows organizations to monitor and receive alerts for services outages, performance degradation and health.
A nagging issue with the original release's reports has finally been fixed in this re-release.

The update takes the Management Pack to version 15.0.4557.1000.
Incidentally, the Management Pack for just SharePoint Server 2013 has also been updated to include the fix for the reports. You can get that specific Management Pack here:
