UK Biometric Passports Wide Open To Identity Thieves

One would think that a biometric passport would be more secure than a regular passport. Of course security is a function of the designer, and if there's fault in that department then their fault in its product. For proof, head over to the Guardian and read the story, "Cracked it!," where some folks show how anybody with about $200 and a little bit of programming knowledge can crack the RFID security wide open to reveal everything hidden therein.
