Two popular open-source security tools, Ethereal and Snort, were recently updated. The latest version of Ethereal is 0.10.9 , and the latest version of Snort is 2.3.0 . If you use the tools then be sure to check out the latest versions, which undoubtedly contain bug fixes and improvements.
