Microsoft Offers Partners a Piece of the Pie

Microsoft announced its new Security Software Advisor (SSA) program that is aimed at incenting Microsoft partners to help the company sell more of its ISA Server and Antigen line of security solutions. 

Under the SSA program the company will pay partners up to 20% of the customer's net sales prices when partners assist companies with security solution acquisition and deployment. As an added incentive to participate Microsoft said that until February 1, 2007 it will pay partners an additional 10% for a total possible commission of 30%.

Partners that want to participate in the program must meet the minimum requirements
, which include obtaining Microsoft product certification and providing Microsoft with relevant customer references.
