SysInternals released a tool, RootKitRevealer, that might be able to find rootkits on your systems. The tool scans your systems looking for oddities such as processes that might be hidden from the Windows API, a maneuver sometimes used by rootkits. The tool is relatively new and still under development, however you can try it now by downloading a free copy from the SysInternals Web site.
