December’s First Recalled Patch is KB3114409

It doesn’t take long (usually), but each month we see Microsoft have to pull delivered security patches due to problems.

This month is no exception with KB3114409 taking the first hit this month.

Microsoft has since posted a notice, saying…

The irony here is that the patch was supposed to FIX an issue where Outlook 2010 would start in safe mode, but ended up just introducing the problem for many more people.
