Microsoft Extending 100 GB Free OneDrive Storage to Verified Dropbox Users

If it's not enough that Microsoft recently announced that Bing Rewards users can get 100 GB of free OneDrive storage, there's one more OneDrive announcement to make.

If you're a regular user of Dropbox, there's a special link now available where you can go to verify your account information and Microsoft will award you with 100 GB of storage, too.

The verification process is interesting. Once you agree to the terms, OneDrive will ask you to save a special OneDrive Getting Started doc to your Dropbox account. Once that's done successfully, you can enjoy your 100 GB of new OneDrive storage for a year.

Here's the link: OneDrive Bonus for Dropbox Users

Funny enough, I used Dropbox once-upon-a-time and though my account was inactive, it was still valid. I'm sure there are many of you that are in the same situation. After resetting my password I was able to save the doc and retrieve my additional storage. In OneDrive it shows as an Enthusiast Bonus per below.
