If you manually create a record in a zone that has Aging and Scavenging enabled, your manually created record may be scavenged if it is later updated dynamically.
When the record is updated dynamically, it is treated just like a dynamically created record.
If the record is NOT refreshed within the appropriate interval, the record becomes eligible for scavenging and is deleted after it expires.
