JSI Tip 1203. DNS Manager doesn't show DNS Forwarders?

In Knowledge Base article Q154620, Microsoft stated that this problem was fixed by applying Service Pack 3 (or later).

Verify that the date on %SystemRoot%\System32\Dnsadmin.exe is 01-May-1997 or later.

If not, extract it from your latest service pack.
