What are the Pocket PC serial cradle and USB cradle file transfer speeds?

A. For practical purposes, the serial cradle transfer rate is approximately 8Kbps, and the USB cradle transfer rate is approximately 75Kbps. Because of these relatively slow transfer speeds, if you use a CompactFlash (CF) card or MicroDrive, you're better off purchasing an external card reader.
