Web storage system (WSS) Event sync components can be made in dot NET. If you would like to use dot NET to create event sync components register these components under a COM+ application (via regsvcs). Make sure the COM+ application is set to be a server application (under activation tab) otherwise SharePoints regevent.vbs script will not register you component properly.
