Retrieving a Namespace from a URN String

The code below takes a string variable (NodeName) and parses out the Namespace. Creating a xmlnode(Activexml). This node could then be maipulated further or appended to a XMLDOC. --example Nodename = http://myschemaname:mypropname would produce activexml.xml --example Nodename = DAV:contentclass would produce activexml.xml
