SQL Server 2014 Specific Management Pack Released for System Center

SQL Server 2014 released on April 1, 2014 and had its coming out party a couple weeks later on April 15. Now, that the release has been fully baked and customers are sifting through the features to determine how valuable an upgrade will be, Microsoft has released a new System Center Management Pack to give customers the ability to manage performance, availability, configuration and health of the new database server version.

The Management Pack released imports into Operations Manager (2007 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2) and is solely for SQL Server 2014, i.e., it does not support any other version.

The new release is available for download from here: System Center Management Pack for SQL Server 2014

If you need the Management Pack for earlier versions of SQL Server (2005, 2008, and 2012), you can get that from the Microsoft site.
