Early Bird for IT/Dev Connections Ends May 31!

Get access to over 180 in-depth training sessions

Are you eager to jumpstart your SQL Server training? If so, you won’t want to miss our IT/Dev Connections event that’s being held in the Aria Resort in Las Vegas from September 15 – 19. Our early bird promotion is ending on May 31st that helps save you up to $400 dollars on the normal conference rates.

By attending our annual in-person event, you’ll gain access to over 180 in-depth, technical training sessions spanning SQL Server, Big Data, business intelligence, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, and more. Here are a few hand-picked sessions that we think will whet your appetite on what to expect at this year’s conference:

T-SQL Tips and Tricks. Itzik Ben-Gan will teach you practical tips and tricks to help you optimize your solution. You’ll learn about performance problems related to using multiple predicates, along with solutions on how to address those problems.

SQL Server Table Partitioning from the Ground Up. In this session, Denny Cherry provides an overview of SQL Server table partitioning features that were introduced in SQL Server 2008. You’ll walk away with the knowledge to create partitioned tables and indexes, as well as the internals of the table.

Assessing Your Indexing Strategy. Tim Ford covers the tenets of good indexing strategies in this session. You’ll also learn several different techniques for reviewing the current state of index usage.

Building a BI Solution in the Cloud. In this session, Stacia Misner will show you different options for building a BI solution in the cloud with Microsoft Azure. No matter whether you’ve built a completely cloud-based solution or a hybrid solution, you’ll learn how to properly configure your solution for maximum efficiency.

Visit the IT/Dev Connections page to register for the event and to take advantage of our early bird promotional savings. There’s no promotional code that’s needed, simply register by May 31st. If you’ve already registered for our event, then you might want to check out our pre-fresher online event that is taking place in June.
