Troubleshooter: Using Direct Resource Booking with OWA 2000

Direct resource booking is an Outlook feature, not an Exchange feature. Outlook must verify that the resource object is a resource, ensure that the resource is available, open the resource mailbox's calendar folder, and make an appointment at the requested time.
