Outlook: Sorting Contact Names by Last Name First

How can I change the Outlook 2002 address book to display contact names sorted by last name?

Microsoft rearranged some of the key settings dialog boxes in Outlook 2002, making it difficult for users to find some options. To change the address book display, choose Tools, E-mail Accounts. Select View or change existing directories or address books, then click Next. In the list of Directories and Address Books, choose the Outlook Address Book, then click Change. Change the display option under Show names by, as Figure 1 shows. Click Close, then click Finish to apply the address book change.
