Can I activate a preview pane on the Activities tab for a contact? I don't want to have to open each entry to see its contents.
You can't activate a preview pane on the Activities tab, but you can turn on AutoPreview to see the first three lines of the body of each entry. Right-click the column headings on the Activities tab. Choose Customize Current View, Other Settings, then select Preview All Items. Click OK, then click OK again to save the view modification.
