Microsoft to Release Exchange 2000 SP2

Microsoft plans to release Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Exchange 2000 this month. Enhancements will include an Active Directory (AD) migration tool and automatic error reporting like that which accompanies Office XP and Windows XP. SP2 will also include improvements to Outlook Web Access (OWA), message tracking, and full-text indexing. A new Exchange Management Service will facilitate communications between Exchange components and the Windows Management Interface (WMI) and support the message tracking enhancements and future features planned for Exchange. Exchange 2000 SP2 will require Windows 2000 SP2.
