In Windows Vista Beta 1, how can I modify the picture associated with an account, on both the logon screen and in the Start menu?

A. In the final Vista version, you'll be able to configure the picture. However, the current version locks the picture as a flower. The simplest way to change the picture is to replace the user.bmp image in the %SystemDrive%:\Users\Public\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\User Account Pictures folder with a picture of your choice. The picture should be a bitmap of dimensions 73 pixels x 74 pixels. The figure shows a new picture in my modified Start menu
