The same developer who introduced 6sec, the phenomenal Vine app, has released a seriously good Instagram app called 6tag.
6tag provides all the features you'd expect in an Instagram app including photo filters, video recording and uploading with cut scenes, instant sharing, geotagging, and friends' activity.
To get it, search for 6tag in the Windows Phone store on your mobile device, or jump out to the following link and install from there:

There is currently no official Instagram app, but with quality counterparts like these available, there may be no need.
