We just installed OWA. My users love it—except for having to type their logon domain into the authentication dialog box. Is there some way to fix things so that typing the logon is no longer necessary?

A. Most users' initial reaction to Outlook Web Access (OWA) in Microsoft Exchange Server is pretty favorable, but it's annoying to have to type a logon domain into the authentication dialog box. However, you can fix this quickly. Simply use the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) Internet Service Manager application to set the default domain for the Exchange virtual directory to be whatever domain your users' accounts are in.
