Using Tweak UI in Win2K

I've often used Tweak UI (part of the Microsoft PowerToys toolset) to implement pointer-focus-follows-mouse functionality. But the tool doesn't seem to work with Windows 2000. How can I recover this functionality in Win2K?

Rest assured: Tweak UI is alive and well in Win2K. You simply need to use the Win2K-compliant Tweak UI 1.33.

You can download this version from Microsoft's Web site at To enable the functionality you want, go to Tweak UI's Mouse tab and select the Activation follows mouse (X-Mouse) check box.
