Below the vertical scroll bar, in the lower-right corner of the Word window, are browse buttons.
You can click the Previous and Next buttons to navigate a document by browsing.
By default, the buttons will browse one page at a time--that is, a full page up or a full page down. But you can control what object is used to browse by. For example, you might choose to browse by section, comment, figure, table, or field.
- Click the Select Browse Object button between the Previous and Next buttons.
- Make a selection of a browse object.
When you have selected an object other than Page to browse by, the Previous and Next buttons become blue.
