Use the Slide Sorter view

The Slide Sorter view shows thumbnails of every slide in the presentation.

To switch to the slide sorter view:

• Choose View → Slide Sorter.
• Click the Slide Sorter view button

You can use the Zoom button to zoom in or out and thereby determine how many slides you can see at one glance.

While working in the Slide Sorter view, the Slide Sorter toolbar appears, and right-clicking a thumbnail preview produces a popup menu with a variety of useful commands. The toolbar and popup menu will be the easiest ways to perform actions in the Slide Sorter view.
